All events are optional and you can attend as many or as few as you wish. This is a wellness retreat where our only purpose is to reduce your stress levels and improve mental wellbeing.

“Had the most amazing and relaxing time with Elika Retreat. Our host Niki planned the trip perfectly. the food was epic, the activities planned from yoga to rock carving to our cooking class and just taking some time out to relax around the beautiful grounds of Rosnay Organic; I can’t fault it. My highlight was barefoot crushing of the grapes - got there just at the right time after harvest. Next time I need some R&R with a little bit of organic wine for good measure, I will be coming back to Elika Retreat”
